EMDR Therapy
EMDR is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. It can reduce emotional distress and support lasting healing and resilience.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting helps access and process trauma, emotional pain, and experiences stored within the nervous system. This approach can support deeper healing beyond traditional talk therapy.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy combines talk therapy with body-based techniques to help process trauma, attachment wounds, and emotional experiences while supporting nervous system regulation.

Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on improving communication, strengthening relationships, and helping family members better understand and support one another.

Play Therapy
As a Registered Play Therapist, I provide child-centered, neurodiversity-affirming play therapy to help children express emotions, build coping skills, and grow confidence through play. When appropriate, I also use creative, interest-based approaches in telehealth, including geek-informed and digital play-based techniques.
